Writing II (page 49)
Write a short diary entry about one of your
days this week. You can use Reading II as a model. Include the following.
a.
What activities you did
b.
How you felt when you got involved in those activities
c.
what you would have done differently
Answer
Dear Diary,
This week has been an unpredictable
collection of emotions and experiences, but today positions out as a day of
self-reflection and growth. After a refreshing breakfast, I headed to the gym
for a workout session. Later, I decided to try a new hobby: painting. The act
of creating something from scratch brought me immense joy and a sense of inner
peace. However, I could have approached the day differently.
Instead of rushing through my workout, I
should have focused on each movement mindfully, paying attention to form and
breathing. Additionally, I could have researched painting techniques beforehand
to enhance their experience and produce a better result. I will strive to apply
these lessons, embracing a mindful approach to my endeavors and seeking ways to
expand my horizons further.
